Fat Loss

Fat loss can sometimes seem like a stressful journey but that's because many people don't have the correct information. When you're following the wrong information regarding training, nutrition and sleep it doesn't matter how much effort you put in you will not get the results.

With my years of experience in Amsterdam as a personal trainer, I've been able to guide students to strip off that stubborn belly fat and get their desired physic. 

My role as a personal trainer is to guide you in the right direction by supplying you with the right information. You'd be surprised at how simple it is to burn fat when you do the right things.

What To Expect & Benefits

The first thing we will do is have a discussion about your desired goals and any previous injuries you might have had so I can design a program catered to your needs. Our 1st session will be an introduction to the style of training, we will take body measurements and photos to track your progress. The training sessions will be in Rembrandtpark Amsterdam West. 

In the first week, I will ask you to track your food intake in a dairy or in the app Myfitnesspal. That way I can see what you're eating, your protein intake per day and how many calories you're eating per day. From this information, I can then tell you where we need to make improvements to reach our goals. Nutrition will continue to be a topic of discussion because that's where the magic happens. 

Your training program which will be available in the Famba Fitness app will be customed to help you strip off that body fat. Every 4-6 weeks we will do a photoshoot and take measurements so we can assess how your progress is going and make adjustments along the way.
