When it comes to building muscle mass, you have to make sure you're doing the right things in relation to training, nutrition and recovery. As a personal trainer with years of experience training people in Amsterdam, I pride myself you results.
What To Expect & Benefits
The first thing we will do is have a detailed chat about your goals, work schedule and injuries. In the first training session, we will check your current physical level, and take measurements and photos.
To build muscle and transform your body it takes good nutrition, sleep and training. As a personal trainer, one of my roles is to build a program that covers these 3 elements and that is suitable for your schedule throughout the week. A good program is a program you can do consistently, while not being overwhelming.
In our outdoor gym in Rembrandtpark callisthenics park Amsterdam, we will use equipment such as bars, gymnastics rings, kettlebells, dumbbells and much more. Calisthenics (bodyweight) exercises are a great way to train muscles at the same time, which builds more muscle mass and core. While weights such as dumbbells can be a great way to isolate certain muscle to make them grow and more defined
