Outdoor Gym Amsterdam

Are you searching for something different from your typical ego-centric commercial gym? A space with positive vibes and where you can train exciting new movements? Famba Fitness is about helping you reach your goals in a fun and challenging way. The group lessons or personal training sessions I provide are located in the outdoor gym Rembrandtpark, Amsterdam.  A space where all levels are welcomed to come and better themselves. 

Outdoor Training Amsterdam

I offer group lessons and personal training. With both options, we'll discuss your goals, and injuries and get to know each other. Next, we'll have your first session to assess your current training level and mobility. Whether your goal is calisthenics, muscle building, fat loss or something else I will design a training program for your specific goals, along with nutrition and recovery guidance. 


If you prefer training in a group of motivated and energetic people who enjoy training calisthenics then the group lessons are for you. We train in a group setting but you have the added bonus of having your own custom-designed program to follow. No one is the same, so each person requires a specific approach to reach their goals. We train 4 times per week on Tues 08:30, Wed 18:00, Fri 08:30 and Sat 10:00.

If you prefer more focused attention and a 1-to-1 approach then personal training is for you. Every session the full attention will be on you, to help you reach your goals safely and as fast as possible.  The great thing about this approach is that it allows you more flexibility. We can agree on times that are best for you regarding your work schedule and other agendas.

I like training in the outdoor gym and doing exercises that engage muscles that I never knew I had. These exercises are the ones that have helped me be able to do things like muscle up, handsatnd pushs and more. I want to keep learning more about my body and challenging my mind.
