Are you looking to join a group of motivated and energetic people who enjoy training calisthenics in Amsterdam West? Then this group training is for you. We train in a group setting and everyone has their own custom-designed program to follow. No one is the same so each person requires a specific approach to reach their goals. We train in Rembrandtpark calisthenics park Amsterdam 4 times per week.
Do you prefer training 1 to 1? Then the private personal training is for you. Every session the full attention will be on you to help you reach your goals safely and as fast as possible. This approach allows for more flexibility with the training schedule. The personal training will be in Rembrandtpark.
With both options, we will discuss your goals, and any possible injuries and get to know each other. Next, we'll have your first session to assess your current training level and mobility. Whether your goal is calisthenics, muscle building, fat loss or something else I will design a training program for you specifically for your goals, along with nutrition and recovery guidance.
