With a personal training I will show you how to build productive habits and make better food chooses which will help you reach your personal goals.

When your body is getting the nutrients it need, you will find that everything feels easier and you'll progress much faster.

What To Expect & Benefits

Whether you prefer group lessons or personal training, the training will be in our outdoor gym in Rembrandtpark Amsterdam. The first thing to expect is a discussion on your current relationship with food. Then the first week I will ask you to track your food in a food journal or on the app Myfitnesspal. With this feedback along with your work schedule, I'll be able to help you make improvements to your nutrition. 

Most people get very little protein per day, so this will be one of the things I will be looking at. We will also look at your water consumption, salt intake, how many calories you're consuming and more. Nobody is the same therefore no nutrition plan will be the same. Your plan will be catered to your individual needs. When you build good habits around your food and make better food choices, the journey will be much easier. 

You won't have to give up your favourite meals either but you will have to be smarter about when you can eat them. When you get your body the nutrients it needs and you enjoy the food, this will help you stay consistent which will bring results.
