Group personal training at Famba isn’t a one-size-fits-all workout. It’s a structured, adaptive system where you train alongside others, but on a program that’s designed for your goals, your body, and your level. You come in. We warm up together. Then you break into your personalised session, headed by our Famba coaches following our 4 step Famba program.

How it Works

Over the years, we’ve refined a training path that helps you grow steadily. It’s divided into four phases so nothing feels random, everything builds on what came before.

  • This is where we lay the foundation. We focus on preparing your body, building lean muscle, and sharpening that mind-muscle connection, so you move with confidence and control.

  • Now we dial up the intensity. By blending different exercise modes, we push your strength and body control further than you thought possible.

  • Here we take your strength to new heights with dynamic training systems that challenge you to break through barriers and reach the next level.

  • Finally, we focus on mastering new skills. With all the groundwork laid, you'll be amazed at what you can achieve, things you once thought were out of reach will become part of your repertoire.

We train at Rembrandtpark and in the winter months we do hybrid systems, some classes indoor and some outdoor.

FAQs

  • Yes. You’ll receive a personalised program tailored to your goals and needs. However, we recommend that complete beginners start with 1-to-1 personal training before transitioning to the group for a smoother and faster start.

  • Not at all. We believe in starting from where you are. Your program will be adapted to your current strength, mobility and fitness level, and we’ll help you build from there.

  • Yes. Your program will be designed to address your specific challenges and strengthen the necessary areas. For faster results and complete focus, we recommend starting with 1-to-1 personal training, then you can transition to the group once you’ve gained more confidence with your body.

  • We train at the calisthenics area in Rembrandtpark. During the winter months, we train at an indoor location close to Rembrandtspark.

  • For the outdoor lessons at Rembrandtpark, we have a large tarp to cover us from the rain during our training. In the winter months we move the lessons to an indoor location.

  • Monday 18:00-19:30; Wednesday 18:00-19:30; Friday 08:00-09:30; Saturday 09:00-10:00

  • No contract. Cancel anytime just notify us. 

  • Yes. Our group sizes are kept small, and each program is personalised to ensure you get the attention you need to progress safely. The best way to experience this is by booking a free trial lesson.

  • Both options provide a personalised program. In group training, the trainer’s attention is shared among all participants, while in personal training, you’ll have the trainer’s full attention for the entire lesson.

  • Absolutely. You’ll connect with fellow members during lessons, and we also organise activities outside of training that you’re welcome to join.
