  • If you want a structured plan, expert guidance, and accountability to reach your goals faster, personal training is a great fit. Whether you’re a complete beginner, experienced, or somewhere in between, your program will be customised to your needs, fitness level, and lifestyle.

  • It depends on your goals, availability, and recovery needs. We recommend most clients to train 3 times per week for the best results.

  • Each lesson is 60 minutes, giving enough time for warm-up and focused training without feeling rushed.

  • Yes. We can work to safely rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after injury, with exercises tailored to your recovery stage.

  • It varies from person to person, but most clients notice changes in their energy, strength, and confidence within the first 3–6 weeks, with physical changes becoming more visible around the 8–12 week mark when combined with consistent training and healthy habits.

  • You have the option to train outdoors in Rembrandtpark or train indoors at a private gym close by.
