Our group personal training at Famba in Amsterdam Wes, isn’t a one-size-fits-all workout. It’s a structured, adaptive system where you train alongside others, but on a calisthenics program that’s designed for your goals, your body, and your level. You come in. We warm up together. Then you break into your personalised program, headed by our expert personal trainers, following our 4 step Famba program.
How it Works
Over the years, we’ve refined a calisthenics training path that helps you grow steadily. It’s divided into four phases (each phase 12 weeks) so nothing feels random, everything builds on what came before.

      Yes! Start where you are. In out group training, you’ll receive a personalised program tailored to your current level, requirements and our set goals. However, we do recommend for smoother progress for beginners to start with our 1-to-1 personal training journey and then transition to the group training. Register your interest today.

      Not at all. We believe in starting from where you are. Your calisthenics program will be adapted to your current strength, mobility and fitness level, and we’ll help you build from there. Register your interest today.

      Yes. Your calisthenics program will be designed to address your specific challenges and strengthen the necessary areas. For faster results and complete focus, we recommend starting with 1-to-1 personal training, then you can transition to the group once you’ve gained more confidence with your body.       We have an indoor and outdoor hybrid system. Mondays and Fridays the classes are at Indoor location close to Rembrandtpark. Wednesdays and Saturdays the outdoor classes are at the calisthenics area in Rembrandtpark Amsterdam West. Register your interest today.
