Famba Fitness now has five classes every week for our group personal training members! That means more chances to train, stay consistent, and keep progressing, no matter your schedule.

Monday 18:00-19:30 – Group PT – Rembrandtpark
Tuesday 19:00-20:00 – Group PT – Private studio in Jordaan (15 mins cycle from Rembrandtpark)
Wednesday 20:00-21:30 – Group PT – Private studio in Heemstedestraat (2 mins cycle from Rembrandtpark)
Friday 08:00-09:30 – Group PT – Rembrandtpark
Saturday 09:00-10:30 – Calisthenics Movement – Rembrandtpark
This setup gives you plenty of options to fit training around work, family, or travel. And if you can’t make a session, your FAMBA program is always there for you to follow for independent-training at home or on the go.
Calisthenics Geared For Busy Professionals
We added this extra class for one simple reason, to make training more accessible for busy professionals. Many of our members are CEO’s, managing directors, entrepreneurs, parents, or travelers, and having more opportunities throughout the week makes it easier to stay consistent without compromising life commitments.
The Tuesday evening class also introduces another indoor calisthenics class, so now we have two indoor sessions and three outdoor calisthenics lessons. This means you can train comfortably in any weather, staying warm and focused indoors when needed, while still enjoying the energy of outdoor calisthenics sessions at the best calisthenics park in Amsterdam, Rembrandtpark.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are group personal training lessons. You come in, follow your personalised program designed specifically for you, and work toward your goals. Saturday’s class is a little different, more dynamic and movement-focused. We work on locomotion, handstands and refining calisthenics basics/ calisthenics skills, complementing your personalised program. It’s perfect for developing the other elements of a complete calisthenics practice while still having fun and moving with the group.
